“Play With My Heart” is Katie Wellenberg´s third and last single of her upcoming storytelling album “Time Will Tell”.
Following her progressive Americana-Pop single “Gambler” (July 22nd) and her bittersweet ballad “Let You Go” (August 26th), Katie Wellenberg is sharing one more single before her long anticipated album “Time Will Tell” is being released in November.
“Play With My Heart” is an intimate Alt-Country/Americana track with a scenic vibe and subtle, cinematic build-up.
The song is meant to express the paradox of wanting to be in control of the free fall.
It is the third track on Katie´s concept studio album “Time Will Tell” which takes listeners on a journey from heartbreak to healing, passing through different stages of grief. “Play With My Heart” is a key song as it acknowleges the vulnerability and confusion that an unstable romantic relationship may bring.
“Play With My Heart” was recorded and produced by Alex Keogh at Munich Sessions Studio and mastered by Libertree Berlin.
